Smeg DWAU157XT

I am very sad about my SMEG dishwasher it wash and does not dry dishes well. I gave it a try after one of your man adjusted it. No change! I am washing by hand! Please help!

Had a Boshe for 14 years loved it dishes packed in like sardines always clean and dry. This thing doesn't wash or dry an absolute lemon. Have tried it twice and same both times. Brand new!!! I will never have a Smeg product again.
