Motor and heat pump failed after 2 years and 2 months. After 16 weeks waiting for a repair, Delonghi advise parts are not available. We now have to buy a new dishwasher. The cutley basket also rusted after one year.

Unit looks really nice, but the number of breakdowns has jaded my experience of owning a Delonghi product, when the warranty runs out and the unit has another problem, it will be replaced with another brand.

Just wish I could go back to any of my old dishwaher and swear that I'd never consider buying Delonghi dishwasher !!
