I bought this steamer to take on a cruise for my posh frocks. It was described as a travel steamer. It is definitely not suitable to travel with. Its far too heavy. It is probably good for use at home. I dont know as I didn't try it. Had to return .

Not a bad wee tool for the money. Spits water a bit but nothing to major. It a small steamer so the water runs out quick, to be expected. Worth it for delicates.
