The iron is very good but sadly the colour black obliterates the water level on the bottom half.

Bought this iron spur of the moment. Didn't know how much I needed a new iron until I started using this one. Easy to use, holds plenty of water for the steam. Glides well over various materials. Would recommend this iron.

I've gone from an argos 9.99 iron to Philips iron which feels like luxury... so must quicker ironing now I've got steam iron, light weight also got long cord. Now doing work shirts and daughters school shirts is so much easier for me and quicker
