JML V16120 Phoenix Steam Iron

The staff were very helpful when I was choosing this iron, I am extremely pleased with the decision I made buying this Product. I also would recommend this iron to anyone, it's marvellous .

My ironing has become easier since i bought my Phoenix Iron. I hate Ironing but its much quicker with this Iron.

I saw this advertised on a TV channel, and was sold on the advertisement. I am somewhat disappointed in the iron to what I had expected from JML advertisement. The iron is heavy and not so easy to use when steaming clothing vertical, this was a feature...

This iron has helped me no end I am disabled and can't do a lot but seem to be able to do at least twice as much ironing than before.
