Price! The bamboo pen and touch is definitely worth the price at which it is offered. I faced *some* problems getting used to it, but after a day, I find it pretty easy to use. I use MyPaint in Ubuntu 10.04 and I had no problem interfacing it

My only complaint with this device is the Bamboo Preference software. It does its job, but it bugs out from time to time. I've only installed it on one machine, so I'm not yet sure if it's an isolated occurrence. YMMV
