Does not come with a receiver, but that is stated. Not a gaming mouse.

Quick response, no start up delay after sitting for a while and then being used. Good feel and texture. Nice wheel, comes with batteries. Instructions for connection setup, are easy and well written for all OS's. An excellent mouse, with a great price....

Very minor...compared to my "name brand laptop mouse", it's a little lite, and a little smaller / (about an inch shorter). If it were a little little longer and had a little more weight, it would be perfection ; If you have "Big" hands you may not like it
