A big mistake

 

I loved my first bread machine which I purchased 20 years ago. I wanted to love this one with all its additional programs and options. Over a course of months I experimented with the recipes which came with the unit, boxed bread mixes and my own...

This unit has an attractive stainless finish and is extremely easy to clean.

Produces tough bricks especially if using the recipes included with the unit. It does not seem to give the yeast enough warmth to develop nor enough kneading time to achieve elasticity in the dough.

Its ok for the price

 

Dont know much about bread makers or ever had one. I do know how to bake and cook. Bread doesnt meet my expectations. I am still trying to tweak it to get my prefered results.

Its a little loud, and has a few unnecessary beeping alarms. Probably better off using my oven... but I am lazy... lol.

Easy to Use, Great Results!

 

I am so happy with this purchase! I have been using it about 3x a week for the past month, sometimes more than 1x/day. The machine is really easy to use and produces great breads. In the machine, I have made (start to finish) 100% whole-wheat bread...
