Customer service does NOT answer Email or Phone messages. Make sure you do get the extended Warrenty, LCD TV's unlike Plasma's can be fixed

I too have one dead pixel. It isnt directly in the center, more to the left and bottom. During a wide screen showing of Lost, I can see the dead pixel right before the edge. A little lower would have been great

appartently im the only one who go one that has a stuck pixel in the very center creating a big white dot. $600 for a tv with a white dot in the center...and its non-refundable or returnable...manufacturer doesnt have a phone number newegg customer...

What an awesome TV. I finally got to try true HD and its perfect. I've used RF, S-Video, Composite and HD via Component connectors. I have an HDMI cable coming but I can't believe it could be any better than what I'm seeing now. What a bargain. Plenty...

Unfortunately I can't find any codes for my cable box remote to control this TV because the remote is "GARBAGE". My RF "One For All" remote won't control it either, unfortunately. No other "cons" to report

The remote control is somewhat lame. You must be within 6 feet and point it directly at the unit. Not sure yet if its the remote or the unit causing this

I really like this TV. The speakers sound very good and Im using this as a monitor and TV and with a HDMI to DVI this as a computer screen is very nice. The picture over picture stuff is cool because you can use your computer while a commercial is on ....
