Four of these in our lounge look great. They create a small pool of light - look good over a picture/plant and just alone. They are simple and unfussy - ours have a plain white backplate - not chrome.

What the photo doesn't show is that the backplate is very shiny chrome. To my mind, this spoils the otherwise attractive lamp by making it a bit garish. Do think about this before ordering.

Just what we needed over the sofa for reading and craft work. Installed 2 and have found them to be brilliant - we highly recommend

We bought two of these lights to hang above paintings. Not only are they stylish pieces but cast an excellent light which enhances the art work.

they are quite big so check measures before buying, but great and quite elegant too
