Great Product

 

Works as designed, this bluetooth headset has decent battery life, great durability (it isn't even scratched after being dropped several times), is light and comfortable, and doesn't look awkward attached to the side of my head

I now spend more time talking to people I dislike

Not so good a deal...

 

I guess any manufacturer can have a bad apple in their barrel. I assume that was the case here. I will try to contact Plantronics to see what they say about it.

When it worked, it worked very well. Interesting earpiece that enhances hearing when using the device. Price was right

It broke after about 6 weeks of use. The power tip that goes into the receiving USB port on the device was "sticky" and difficult to remove. Apparently, this caused the receiving USB port in the device to weaken and finally separate from the device....

Worked good for one week

 

Waste of money IMHO. I'm going to see if it can be fixed or replaced.

When brand new it was easy to setup with my phone. Voice quality was very good on both ends and it screened out ambient noise effectively

With each day, battery life seemed to get shorter. After a week my phone would no recognize it and the led only blinked when it was plugged into the charger

Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks to buy a quality BT headset. I went cheap and feel the pain.

This is a good headset for the price. The sound quality is adequate for conferencing and for general audio. Pairing is a breeze and really easy to set up

Works Nice

 

Sounds fine, no complaints from anyone except for a few people say when I'm in direct connect mode it sounds over amplified but that may be the phone

I have to wear this for about 10 hours a day for my job, it starts to really hurt my ear and I have to readjust it

Only thing I do not like is the ear holder thingy is really flimsy and seems kinda fragile. Handle with care
