I used my last one at work every day for 5 years in an office where everyone had one. I was the only one to replace my headset battery, otherwise nobody did anything but use them. I bought one for my home business and expect to get at least that out of...

Good range, works with other products in the area, clear signal, dependable.

Pricey, Automatic Lifter can be a pain or may not work on some phones. Do some research before choosing a phone.

It works okay if you're at your desk to answer the phone, but that really defeats the purpose.

I've been using this headset for the past 3 years in my office. I have bought my employees this as well. It is not good as a wired headset but compared to a wireless there is non other that comes even close. Our headsets get used about 6-8 hours a day...
