this type comes with a small, stand up, magnetic charger. Leave it to Motorola to change this charger only slightly, maybe 2mm, so it almost works backwards compatible. As it is, you have to move it, juggle it, let it alone, and don't touch it. Else it...

The ear clip breaks really easy if you pull on it. The rubber ear piece falls and easily lost after it stretches out from use ; Unable to locate replacements for these 2 problems; therefore, the ear piece is useless
