Adequate and useful scanner

 

Easy to use, handles negative strips easily, good value.

Not professional quality, but that's not what you paid for, is it?

Not worth the money

 

It hasn't damaged any film or slides yet.

Bad tonal range, dark scans (especially B&W film), drivers frequently hang forcing a reboot.

Don't buy this.

Did not work most of the time.

Lemon

 

I've spent a week, three hours a day installing and removing and reinstalling the TWO softwares. Occasionally the unit scanned slides, but never negatives. I had to cut my negatives and mount them as slides. The colours never matched the slides.

Autofocus

Usually doesn't work.
