Liked the unit until it stopped working

I wrote a good review when i bought the unit. 4 months later (and about 500 picture scans) the scanner broke. Getting the run around from the company trying to exercise the warranty. I've made two phone calls and about 4 emails and they've yet to...

I took it out of the box, plugged it in and 10 minutes later I had lots of old pictures scanned! Quality is great. Just love it. Great Xmas present........it would be great to get for perhaps an older relative...........load their pics into it before...

Control buttons are a little slow to respond, but no big deal once you get used to it
