Customer Service?

 

I have bought plenty of viewsonic products. I have been very satisfied in the past, but this experience has made me down right mad. I don't want to disparage this company but I now will.

Great projector when it works. Infact I broke the first one myself, but I bought a second one because I liked it that much ; Clear picture, plenty of features, and a very bright picture makes for the best experience I have had with a projector

Just call customer service three times to make use of a warranty. Got a person once, but then got disconnected. Tried it again with a different phone just to make sure it wasn't a bad connection. Still no go. Didn't even get a representative that time

Two out of two units failed in some way. I can't in good faith recommend this projector to anyone. Nor will I buy another ViewSonic projector in the future. I was also annoyed by the fact that the projector blinks with a blue lite around the power...
