Well, it broke within 3 months and we had to get their mechanics out. Then it broke again after 9 months and again had the unpleasant task of having to get their mechanics out to fix it. Now it's broken for a 3rd time and it's still not 18 months old....

The wash time are quite long. There is a short option, but only for a very light load. The spin feature is so good that the clothes are quite screwed up and take a while to iron, but this isn't really a negative
