An updated version of my old machine. Excellent wash results. Ability to choose different speeds, cycles etc. Really happy with it after a month's use

I would have given all 10's but the first week was very frustrating although I had previously used the earlier model! The booklet /manual was not very helpful. However I have now worked out what to do hence my enthusiasm

Time shown to finish is very handy

Corner of lid not fitted properly. Noisy when first switched on. Drum sometimes bangs when washing falls to one side.

Easy to use flexible program/temp and spin speed that's why we choose this over the hotpoint we were considering as reviews on that said the programs took ages.

Case a bit flimsy - really struggles to spin items that hold the water such as towels, even when within the weights recommended, even with 2 towels the drum struggles to spin, and often have to spin on manual again to get them dry.

All of it I love my new washing machine xx
