Ridiculous fixed dry-only times of 2 hours - fries my clothes! They come out dried to death - they only need 45 min dry, but this has min 2 hour dry-only, so you have to manually stop it, then door takes 15+ mins to open.

Makes a nice little jingle when it's finished. When it's done you don't have to wait for door to unlock. Looks nice. Great product. Can also easily program a favorite wash.

Child lock doesn't prevent them turning off the power button.

The size is good

On its first wash it read an error message that neither the user manual nor the customer service staff could identify. I had to manually drain the washing machine which was not straightforward leading to flooding the kitchen fllor as the manual drain...

The wash cycles are good and easy to use comparable to any other washer one hour wash and dry very useful

The drying cycles are very noisy and you cannot open the machine quickly during a drying cycle. Also unable to claim or get £50 cash back as advertised despite providing all the details they require. Don't think it's worth it without that cash back

Good points - this washer dryer fits in the built-in cupboard in my kitchen. It is much quieter than my previous machine and the clothes come out clean. I like the 1600 spin speed.

I found the digital display a bit confusing initially, but I'm used to it now. I know it's environmentally friendly, but 4.5 hours for a 60 degree wash with 1600 spin speed ( that I use for towels) takes a bit getting used to.
