De Dietrich DCI900XU1

Before DeDietricht changed their warranty repair procedure, I had the cooker repaired within 2 weeks and enjoyed using the cooker.

My hob unit has failed twice and I have now been waiting some 10 weeks for a repair to be made. The warranty repair company is useless, they did not visit to establish the fault, when they did arrive they brought the wrong part, but the 'biggest laugh'...

Induction hob is brilliant and well organised Oven cooking modes look useful but have yet to see the benefits

Cannot use the grill without closing the oven door as in cookers designed for the UK culture. Spit roast facility is novel but use prevents anything else cooking in the oven. Double oven would solve these issues

Easy to follow instructions but on-screen assistance makes it almost intuitive to use. Looks good and does what it says on the tin!

Instruction manual is poorly written but adequate when using the cooker at the same time. The cooker is stainless steel on the front only. Black enamel on the sides. Not a real issue for me but I think other customers may need to be aware of this detail.

Good looking efficient cooker/hob

Hob electrics not sufficiently insulated from hob spillages .(pans do occasionally boil over ! ) A recent such accident resulted in the hob shorting out . We are currently awaiting replacement parts.
