It was a gift. "Vitamin" version is supposed to keep the vitamins in when cooking veges. There are three options to cook from - Meats, Veges and in between. Needless to say the Vege mode lets out more steam and unless you are cooking meat on this...

Very satisfy with this product. It's so easy to use and it's not heavy. The only thing is might have some smells even though you have clean it. Guess it's from the rubber ring and the rubber ring might need to renew within 2 years.
