Unfortunately, I'm going to return the product. Great idea, but it is dangerous as when you lift up the skillet with hot food inside, it is not properly balanced and it is difficult to hold skillet steady.

We use the product in our Motor Home to cut down the use of Propane stove and also to keep the additional heat from the stove out during the summer months

My only problem is the pan burning where the heat is highest. Tried stirring more often, adjusting heat, just has a tendency to do so.
