Really love this - easy to hold and use and definitely makes a difference to gums. Eventually case cracked and will not charge now so bought a replacement

It is very effective. Mine broke after 2.5 years. Internal fault and nothing is accessible to fix. The fluid reservoir needs to be bigger as it doesn't do more than one mouth without a refill

terrible design, unstable, awkward to fill up, flap can come off easily. Not built to last, like all sonicare products this breaks down very quickly. It does remove plaque and my dentist is very impressed with my gums and thinks I use regular floss...
