To the guy from India: It'll play discs but only R2 discs from Japan (or R1 discs if you get the Canadian version)

Just bought the Canadian version of this (same but R1 not R4). Plays divx. Nice impage. I really like it

Timer is on screen for divx unless you use the remote to turn it off (so you'll have to bring it with you). Note that the US (and I think UK) doesn't play divx. Just Canadian and apprently the unit from "Down under

Easy to use features allow hours of convienient fun.. Picture is very clear and viewable from all angles. Compact design makes for superior portability, and speaker stand works great and puts out ample sound.
