For "Christ" mas I received a Philips DVD player. This is my first one I have had. I love it the options are vast from Zoom, to slow, play to repeat a scene. I have bought 54 DVD movies sense "Christ" mas.

My first DVD I like it The Zoom is cool

Only 4 time zoom I have seen 2 and 4 zoom

Don't Waste your Money

 

I got this unit when I took back my Apex 1500. To make a long review short, I took this one back the next morning. It doesn't play CDR or CDRW. I have a Philips CDR recorder that I have enjoyed for 2 years without problem. You would think a company...

Its alright

 

I have only had this DVD player for about a week now and am just satisfied. It was one of the cheapest brand name DVD players there were. I will summarize the experience.

The "FREEZE" machine

 

After many years using a VCR, I decided to get a DVD player. My first pick was this Phillips 621 DVD player. This was a major disappointment to me. I am taking it back to the store tomorrow for an exchange on a better DVD.

price is good and reasonable, picture and sound are good

It freezes up in middle of movie and skips a lot.
