Arrived in good condition by the expected date. Set up was easy and I am pleased with the performance.

The only thing that I can think of is that the new player is smaller in size than the one I replaced, so my TV screen cannot sit on top of it as it did before. The new player sits to the side of the TV pedestal as the space I have to work with is small.

Worked fantastically for the first 4-6 months. Netflix and other apps worked perfectly. Easy to setup. Really slim, fits easily just about anywhere.

Stopped playing blu-ray discs but would still play DVD's after about 6 months into owning it, however it still streams to this day like a champ!

Constant problems with Netflix either it resets itself, or i have to manually reset because it freezes. I have to constantly put in my user and password

It works good for blue ray and dvd. Small and quiet.

Will not stay connected to netflix wi-fi reciever would not get past 10 feet from modem.

It runs Blu-ray discs well. It doesn't have an update monthly. The size is great (about 4 Blu-ray cases, 2 high by two wide).

Other features are meh. Loading time on Blu-rays is a bit excessive.
