Like this steamer as it lets you clean floors in a matter of minutes. Just add water and detergent, plug in and away you go. Saves a lot of time.

I found it a bit of a faff filling up the detergent tank and then the water tank and I ended up taking the attachments off the cute little shaped sections on the back made just for them as they tend to fall off as does the one in the handle ... great...

My floors have never looked so clean! Leaves floors nearly dry and very clean. Great for steaming carpets and even shaggy rug , great on leather sofa and bathroom and kitchen too!

Had the mop less than 12 months and the trigger broken to steam and the detergent element broken.. extremely dissatisfied and VAX helpline awful yo get hold of. Would not recommend at all

Had this for 6 months, use it all the time on kitchen slate floor and wooden flooring - cleans easily, lightweight and does the job. Very happy with my purchase!
