2+ Years and doing great

 

We've had our WindTunnel 2 for over two years so far, and it's been a great vacuum.  We haven't had a single problem with it.  The only reason I came online to look up anything about it today is that, after all this time, the little hepa filter has...

It works and it works well.  The longevity of the machine is great, too

Stupid design

 

It was great for a while, but then the hepa filter got all clogged up and stopped working. It is impossible for the average person to fix or replace the filter because it is designed so badly, and repair centers are far and few between.

good for a hot minute or two

TOTAL JUNK

 

I had high hopes for this machine, but after about a year, things began to go wrong. The handle cap sheared off, the rotating filter clogged, and won't turn (this is a gimmick if I ever saw one!), and it is possible the dirtiest vacuum I've ever used....

Beater stops when handle locked upright

Too heavy, too dirty, too cumbersome, very poor design AND quality. A BIG BIG mistake

This is a poorly engineered, expensive piece of junk!!!

 

This vacuum is very heavy, has marginal suction and is so poorly engineered that the handle stressed and broke after 5 or 6 uses. I had to take it apart and glue it back together however, the handle cap sheared off and cannot be replaced. The visible...

Beater bar stops when vacuum is upright...that's it

Too heavy, breaks easily, filter clogs, replacement only by authorized technician
