the manufacturer i think never used this product. the handle after a few minutes of use gets very hot to hold. i had to wear a oven mit to hold the handle. there was no consideration for insulation on the handle.

I have three parrots and this machine is wonderful for cleaning their cages. It also works great on tile and grout. I have had 3 steamers in the last 2 years and this is far superior to any of them

Steamfast comes with round wire brush that lets steam penetrate and enabled me to get years of buildup off both sides of my stainless steel BBQ grill. It does not look like brand new, but it is very clean now.
