Very well designed. Easy to use, charge and empty. A lot of thought gone into this product. Works well on short and longer pile carpets. Don't know about hard floors.

This is the best sweeper that ive had,picks up dog hairs easily.

The sweeper is good on carpets but on wooden and tiled floors it doesn't perform well at all. The 24 delivery was impressive as was the price however anywhere we have wooden or tiled flooring we have to consider getting a different product.
