Have just used this for the first time on pet soiled carpet, its brilliant, all stains and smells gone after just one clean. Definitely recommend this item so glad I bought it.

I received this today and have already done my whole house. I'm so impressed! If I had to find a fault, it would be that the water tank is quite small but its absolutely no bother to refill, very quick to do.

Used the bissell pro 4 carpet cleaner did a rug brought up nearly new can't wait to see how the other carpets clean up.

I bought this last week it cleans the carpet very well and got all the main deep stains out ,only problem is water tank is bit small, also cleaned my sofa with hose and that was great and quite powerful, got it in sale so I would recommend this cleaner...
