Works very well. Has color coded brushes but doesn't say what they are for. Had to call Bissell to find out it's just up to you what you want to use each color for.

Steamer is very easy to use. Works very well as long as user is patient. I cleaned VERY dirty, white grout and this cleaner made it look new! Scrubbing brushes will wear out so be sure to have extras on hand if yu re doing a tough job like cleaning grout.
