Nikon quality. Same aperture range as the Nikon kit 18-55mm lens. Good zoom range for general purpose use. Fast autofocus with my D5300.

Zoom currently feels a little stiff in comparison to my Nikon 55-300mm lens. A little weighty compared to some alternative lenses.

Rapid auto focus, excellent build quality. Gives great flexibility to the range of shots that can be taken from wide angle to telephoto without having to change lenses.
