No Support ; Big Rebate Scam. You will never get your mail in rebate. They won't reply to your email. Their Rebate handling company will not have your record. They won't reply to your query. Company's voice mailbox is always full. I can keep going

Good looking monitor. Simple design but, effective none the less. CHEAP PRICE

Quality is not up to par with some of the better names in monitors. But persistance pervailes with the X2gen company

This monitor works well for an excellent price and when you run it on the recommended resolution its beautiful, downright beautiful. I haven't tried out the speakers but I have a feeling they're crummy. No dead pixels

If you don't run the recommended resolution everything is pixelated and hard to read. That isn't a problem if you don't mind your monitor on 1280x1024, its just hard for me to read the font this small

Alright, I just got this thing yesterday. It was a day before the three day shipping, when I got it. It's an awesome Monitor, with only one dead pixel, but the pixel is in the lower right hand corner, so not really noticable to me

I just got this in the mail a few hours ago (right on time, with 3 day shipping). I was a little worried about stuck pixels and such but everything is working perfectly ; I upgraded from a CRT monitor and I am loving the mobilty of this one opposed to...

Great entry level flat panel; large screen, great specifications. Can't really tell it apart from the "smaller" more expensive monitors I use at work

Don't expect 0 dead/stuck pixels at this price. I have 1 dead, 2 stuck green and 1 red. I have paid just a little more for higher quality displays

Thanks to Newegg's Awesome shipping I got this item in record 2 days! Came with no problems at all, no dead pixel, ghosting etc

Speakers are a tad bit weak, but who uses monitor speakers anyways? U can't expect perfect speakers for a low cost unit

Sure the RMA won't take back all monitors, but they replace at their cost monitors with 4 and/or more dead pixels. Thats even better than Newegg's Policy. I only wish DHL were a little faster shipping though
