Happy with the product.

It was the only black one of this design I could find. It really is very attractive. Style over substance though!

Very over-priced. Water dispenser was very problematic and had to call out engineer 3 times in first couple of weeks. It's still not great. Previous Samsung was much better. Doors do not automatically close when you push them. Annoying that the handles...

freezer smaller than expected but still better that the other american type fridge freezers

Looks good, great to have the large capacity.

After connection to the water supply it was issuing cold water (spurting a bit over the top of the glass so a puddle on the foor, obviously a knack which I need to work on) but not producing ice. We tried ourselves everything the book told us to do...

Ample storage overall. Drawers in the freezer are excellent for organised storage of food. Best American Fridge freezer I have had, so far. Highly recommended.

Excellent layout with the Fridge at the top. The double width salad drawer certainly keeps veg fresher for longer. The large Freezer drawer for bulky items is super and the smaller one at the top is perfect for more delicate items and the ice!

The only thing I was disappointed with was the handles were brushed steel instead of being the shiny chrome as advertised.
