Would be better if lower (larger) compartment could be set at a lower temperature than the top. We store more white wine and champagne than reds.

Difficult to remove an over-tight screw when reversing the door from right to left hinge. Not clear in the instructions that this operation is best done with the cooler on its back, then leave for 24 hr before switching on to allow coolant to re-settle

I think this is a very good product. There are so many reviews where people are saying it doesn't get their wine cold enough. That's because it isn't a wine fridge. It is a wine cabinet with temperature control and a humidifier that will keep your wine...

Is does say it only really fits Bordeaux bottles and I did know that when bought it. However, it just seems an odd design for what is not a cheap product that they would assume no one would have anything but wine in Bordeaux bottles that they might...

It was very easy to install, it looks a lot more expensive than it actually was and it runs silently!!

The capacity is 36 at best - no where near the 48 advertised. Not one of the shelves are high enough to allow for champagne bottles, so I have to lose a shelf to fit them with takes the capacity down to 30! Some more design thought should have gone...

Don't understand why the larger part of the cooler - the bottom 5 shelves - has the highest temperature range. Would have made more sense to have the top 2 shelves with the highest range for red wine.
