Easy to access all shelves, the shelves on the door are wide and seem to be very sturdy. Having had an under counter fridge before I am loving being able to stand, open the door and see everything in the fridge.

The bottom drawer of the freezer is not fixed and I falls out easily, I was aware of this from reading previous reviews, it is tiresome but not too big a problem.
