the idea and concept of joining apps and windows tec together gives you more ability to cover most things you need on 1 device and also be able to send and access files from several devices

needs bigger memory to keep up with apps and windows updates runs slow i thing more thought could have gone into ram,virtual memory and disk drive with the capability to handle laptops built in functions . i think that and no dvd or cd drive is easier...

I work from home, 22 days after buying the laptop I was half way through work and the screen went blank, turned it off and back on again. Working! 10 minutes later screen went blank! Took it back to Argos and because they turned it on and the screen...

it's hard to navigate through the system and unrequested phone calls from the sales team are a right pain trying to get you to buy products you don't want then trying the hard sale by saying the computer will crash with out the products
