This machine will do most anything you need in a computer; it is great for a travel computer. It runs Vista Ultimate really good. Go ahead and add that extra gig of RAM as I did for larger applications.

I think this a great computer. It is my first laptop and I am pleased with the performance. I do however, think that the speakers on the underside are not functional. I recommend buying external speakers to listen to music.
