Great computer

 

I think a good value for the money. I have not had time to load CAD on to my system yet but it has been a great performer so far. I have yet to tax the CPU on this machine.

i acutally have the vpcfll5x/b only difrence is 5400rpm hdd still an amazing machine

has core i7 quad core plus hyper threading which is an amazing processor. 330m gpu not the best but pretty suficent for all but the most etreme gaming and combined with this cpu at this price is a good value. also 1080p and blu ray awsome at this price...

Love Newegg!

Lightweight for the power and performance. Plays Bad Company 2 pretty above average settings. Screen is great, but could be brighter - maybe me - others say it is bright - but my Asus was brighter - used to that

BLU RAY - okay, as others say, not all disks will play. Not sure if I need to buy other software...Avatar, Hurt Locker were a no go, but new Star Trek was fine ; Sound could be louder. Even blasting all the way, with externals, was still not that loud

Everything you need in a desktop in a laptop

 

This is an outstanding computer. Add a nano-mouse and feels like a desktop - the keyboard is great and screen is outstanding. Easy to do work on. Hard drive is pretty snappy (~70Mb/s). Processor runs at 9%. Also there are 3 USBs (e-sata doubles as USB)

Jet exhaust from fan, but livable noise. Still way less noise in the room than any i7 desktop. Get's hot and would get uncomfortable on the lap. Need to have a flat surface for venting. BlueRay drive has sharp corners when opened and isn't enclosed...

I purchased this directly from Sony since Newegg sold out this model. I use Adobe CS3 everyday and this is slower than my desktop (C2Q 9550 + VelociRaptor RAID0) but still not bad. Anyway I should had waited a bit longer till Sony releases the model...

Great Notebook

 

A little heavy on the bloatware, but easy to remove and set-up to my preference. Well worth the investment. Can use for my business and home use, gaming etc.etc. Very happy with price vs. product A definate 5 eggs ! Newegg rocks !

Very fast ! Nice screen , like the backlit keys, very easy to use and setup. It truly is a desktop replacement. I have at least 4 computers set up in my home and this blows them all away

None, well maybe battery life but can live with that. I'm almost always close to a plug in. And when I'm not 2 hours or so is plenty to get my work done on a flight to next meeting
