The lap top wss broken. It was returned for a full refund. How on earth it wass check as working when it was dispatched i'm not sure. Bough a new lap top for just a bit more with same spec.

So far reliable, does what I want it to most of the time. I probably would recommend, and I have taken out the seller's "Whatever happens" 5 year insurance, because this is a refurbished machine.

The keys need a hard strike - found I was missing many many letters that I knew I'd typed. This need to hit keys deliberately hard has slowed me down; and I need to use the spell-checker on emails etc, just to pick up annoying typos. The Advent laptop...

Memory very good and performance fast.

never buy again...it broke down within a few weeks

Refurbished item if working would have been good, I'll never buy refubished again especially as it was a gift, worse still a gift that did'nt work. Although was replaced in store had to part with more money for an item with far less features.

it ruan very well for 2 months then went slower and tried all kinds of remedies,then went to restore to factory state,bingo we are off again,it is a great machine.

Quick delivery

No drivers were loaded, sent it back, was advised would get replacement, then got notification that a refund had been put in my bank. Went and bought a new laptop else where. Disgusting customer services.

Don't know, the system wouldn't stay stable long enough to find out.

Crashed within 5 minutes of installing windows. Wouldn't operate for more than a couple of minutes without crashing again.

Blue screened all the time i had to return it and get my money refunded
