Short on USB Ports

320 GB Hard Disc. 4 GB RAM. Over 2 GHz clocking speed. Fast. It handles Windows Vista (supplied operating system) with ease. Large bright screen. Nice looking machine. Maximum value for money.

Battery only lasts for 2 hours maximum. Supplied with Windows Vista. This machine would fly with another operating system.

I like the design, size, style and weight. Longer battery life would be more beneficial as isn't that the point of it being a laptop in the first place?

The battery life is absolute rubbish and only lasts about 45 mins! If the products were reconditioned properly then they would be ok but they seem to just be put back to factory settings and sent out again...this is the FOURTH machine in about 8 weeks!...

usb ports awkward, volume control awkward, software such as drive sentry unnecessarily complicated, cannot make backup discs, 2Ghz machine not 2.2Ghz as advertised, office software appears to be just a demo

Well designed, solid feel without being too heavy. Great software bundle, great performance - on par with equivalent Sony Vaio's.

The battery life could be a bit longer - but how long is long enough? dont let it put you off buying one though . I guess you get what you pay for!
