Excellent screen,full size keyboard,all the connections i could need,very fast during applications.Better than i had hoped for,not as heavy as i thought i would be.An Excellent product.

Fan seems to be on all the time and is a bit noisy....a minor point but it can be annoying !!!

Battery life is poor, no more than 2 - 3 hours.

Battery life is only 4 hour it it standby time so it stays on a charger. Its a bit heavy but it is 18"

Nice Laptop, shame about the refurb

When you refurbed the laptop, inferior items were used.i.e. a slower 5400rpm hard drive instead of a 7200rpm hard drive. This gave me no faith that refurb is doing what is says 'As good as new' I was very disappointed and all my purchases of laptops...

Very impressive graphics processing power for its price range. Able to run games like Left 4 Dead, World of warcraft ect at full graphics without any issues or frame rate drops. Would recommend it as a gaming laptop, as well as for home entertainment...

Batterey drains fast when not plugged in, gets little over an hour battery life at normal settings.

Good screen size and resolution. Might take a little while to get used to the extra desktop space for someone who is upgrading. Nice powerful machine. If you can commit to using this on a desk, buy it.

Power jack is on the side, if you're using on your lap whilst plugged in, the charger lead will get knocked by the arms of an armchair, etc. Mine is being sent back for repair for this very reason (only 4 months since purchasing). Build quality not...

Nice big screen, its got finger print recognition which works well so long as you are not to quick with it, good keyboard and the touch pad is good not like some which are over sensetive and move the pointer just by breathing on them. Plenty of memory,...

No wireless installed in the model which was so frustrating although this was a problem related only to the laptop that I had delivered.
