All things considered, it was a great purchase. Very satisfied. If it wasn't for the battery......5 stars.

Great value. Sound and video superb. 500 GB hard drive allows for better than average laptop storage

The Battery". You'll need to purchase a second battery if you use heavier graphics or watch movies without being plugged in ; I bought a 12 cell for it, now I can watch a DVD and then some

Good bang for the buck

 

It's refurbished but it comes looking brand new. I might have to buy refurbished more often.

I couldn't find many laptops in this price range with 3gb ram and a vid card of any kind. PLUS you get a whoppin' 500gb HDD, awesome. It looks nice, screen is bright, keys are easy to type. Has a webcam, most of the ports are easy to get to. All in all...

Very Impressed

 

The touchpad takes a little to get use to but once you get use to it it works fine. Another plus is Windows 7, if this had Vista I would not have bought it.

My first Laptop and can't say anything bad about it. Does eveything I want and more. After looking at a lot of laptops this was best for the money. Screen is bright and easy to read ( a plus for the over 50 crowd ). Being recertified was a concern but...

Not bad for price

 

Would be nice if it came with a car adapter, they cost $90 to buy one, kinda pricey

this is a good laptop for everyday tasks and would be great for the young student. I certainly wouldn't get this for a re-placement for my desk top

The Battery life I think is terrible 1 hr tops

picked a compaq version of this baby on the release of windows 7 day on a sale for 380 after rebate from an office store that sells "staples". the specs are identical.

Excellent budget laptop

 

Bought this laptop about a month ago and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. We use it as a work laptop and also for basic tasks (web browsing/docs/etc). Haven't had any issues with it.
