Product excellent with all features we required. Was like new would not think when looking at it or using it that it was a refurb product

The only bad point was having to get used to pressing the button to switch the wi fi on. We haven't had to do that on other machines but it is better from a security point of view. So really we haven't found any bad points.

light weight laptop, we meet all your basic needs, nice size screen, sit comfortably on lap, Wi-Fi can be tempermential a bust times.

poor battery life, may need restarting more than once until windows updates are downloaded and running correct, like to freeze when something is plugged in.

I love this laptop, the processor is fast and reliable the built in speakers are a pluss. a must buy produt, i would recomend this to anyone

I find the positioning of the USB points to be awkward, though this can be said of all laptops. I still haven't been able to connect the laptop wirelessly to the internet through the wifi network adaptor. Some instructions on using the built in wifi...

2 mb ram would have been nice; and of course a faster processor but it's an excellent price for what you get

Battery life, but no worse than most.

Battery life is poor, however most laptops are.

Very useful for someone like me, Brilliant performance and excellent value

Poor battery life, But at the end of the day most laptops are like this so personally I'm not too fussed.
