Charging cable connection to the laptop isn't the best, pulls out quite easily when working with it plugged in on your knee.

Has all the basic features that my much larger Dell laptop does and is a very satisfactory back-up to that machine.

I found that I had to press the keys quite hard to input data e.g. I was surprised that entering a password was rejected but found that when I tried a second time pressing the keys much harder the password was accepted. I do not know whether this is...

Touchpad scrolling is difficult on webpages sometimes but this is a minor issue and the only problem I've found.
