If you know you are upgrading your laptop soon after and just need a temporary laptop, go for it. Otherwise, spend the money and buy something better.

Small, cheap and WEAK!!!!

 

Spend the extra money for better computer. Even if it is for a significant other or yourself you will not have to sit and wait if you go in with the extra $. Acer is a great company but the computer was just a complete pile (of low level HW i mean)....

Small, Cheap and WEAK. Seems that all the money was just spent on the Hard drive... all other component were missed making this computer a real neanderthal.

I bought this computer for my girlfriend a few months ago. It's a great computer but there is one major flaw (well a few but one that makes it or breaks it). The mobo only has a limited capacity for RAM (already did a lot of research). The 4 gb of ram...

Great ultrabook

 

You do have to do to Acer website and download the touchpad drivers to change the sensitivity. It's very sensitive but with the drivers you can adjust it and add gestures. Works great.

Thin, light great for everyday use. Everything an ultrabook should be

If you remember it's an i3 there are no cons.
