uninstall the bloated 30 day trial Mcafee Antivirus and update the built in windows 8 AV. Same with the bogus office 30 day trial.

I am very pleased after two weeks. The unit looks and feels brand new. Setup was quick and easy to follow.

Great laptop - good amount of storage space and decent screen resolution. Only minor complain is the track pad isn't the smoothest - although it is still much better than most laptops around the same price range.

Bought this for my daughter to replace her ancient one. She loves it! Its a stylish modern grey and doesnt weigh a ton. Its features are easy to figure out (we downloaded windows 10 no problem). There was no kind of program installed for word/excel...

Needed a new laptop, this fitted the bill as the spec was great for the price.

We needed a laptop with a bigger screen, we have had an acer in the past & this didn't disappoint. It also has a built in disc drive which our other laptop doesn't. Ticks all the boxes of what we were looking for.
