The key pad is quite solid and feels more comfortable than others used. The screen is clear and wide.

Although the screen is wide it is quite narrow. The size means that it does not fit the standard size of laptop bag supplied with my previous pc, meaning I will have to purchase another,larger bag.

There is a lot of pre-installed software; experienced users would see this as clutter and would readily unistall those programmes that they deem surplus - antivirus, office programmes etc. However, the less experienced user might feel obliged to open...

great performance, even running medium-high spec games. connectivity using hdmi is excellent although a little fiddly to customise settings if inexpereinced. Storage brilliant and ease of use of keyboard and mouse gets a new laptop user up to speed...

needless games demos pre-installed. shine off screen when light hits it can sometimes make screen unreadable, easy to rectify though, move seat!
