easy to use,quite fast,good starter laptop and good value for money

low battery battery use,(lucky if you can get two hours out of it) screen is a bit shiny, card reader not the best of designs

Great laptop! It was very simple to set up when switched on for the first time, and took no more than 10 mins. It looks nice, runs fast, battery life is ok, and all in all I am very happy with it - well worth the money!!

None really! The only slight niggle is that the built in speakers are not very loud, but not really an issue.

Battery life is better than I was expecting. I have no previous experience of Windows 7 but it seems easy to use and the performance is very good on the Internet and wayching DVDs.

4GB gives quick access to internet. Easy to set up and find functions and features. Slick, smart and trendy.

Only 2 usb ports which i was surprised at. Webcam has no mic/speaker
